H1B Question Please Help

[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Interestingly my current client offered me a full-time position in february 2013 and they know my current visa situation and they also wanted to file h1 but they say I cannot become their employee until October because they are not an e-verify company and I should work with my current employer until then.[/font][/color]

[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]My question is: is it ok to have 2 h1 petitions? Does my current employer get to know about the second petition in any way?[/font][/color]

to my knowledge, yes u can have two H1's filed and one boss cannot know about another

same employer can not file multiple petitions for same employee..but multiple emlpyerscan file multiple petiitons for same employee..gud luck... also client tho h1 approve ithe i dont know the processs..E verified kadhu antunav kadhaa..so adu kanuko.can yu work fr that company or not during cap gap

client e-verify kadu kabatte, october lo vadi h1 vache varku nannu employee ga convert cheyyatam ledu.
I will be working as a contractor until october through another vendor.

and also neeku H1 chesey client/company need not be an Everify employer

my current employer is doing regular processing. should i ask them to upgrade to premium? does this count?

but client tho approve ithe..cap gap ee eployer tho vasthundhi adi kanuko...
