Tension fadak vayya....we can file for H1 with many companies because practical ga we might get many offers, but not multiple times with one company...............!
And, nuv have to start your employment with only [b]ONE[/b] company from OCT.... client gadu ippude H1 file sestha ante cheyinchu..
1)--> if client's H1 is approved, continue FT with him & ditch you r employer....,
2)--> otherwise (If any prob for client's H1 approval or any delay), then go with your employer from Oct for 2-3 months & then H1 to client transfer fettukovachu...

Not sure what are you trying to say . there is something called CAP-GAP.

Case 1) If h1 rejects , it a complete new ball game, school lo join avvadamo india povadamo, and this is irrelavent to his query in the forum.

Go a ahead and file h1 with desi employer ,if your client wants to do h1, let him do, it doesnt harm/effect you, since the client is not e -verified, you need to apply for CAP-GAP using the desi employer petition.

After october 1st, if the client H1 i approved, use it, if not transfer you h1.

I am not 100 % sure here , just an advise.

Since your client is not e-verified and you are not employee currently, if they apply for h1 you might end up with i-797 B( with out COS), If i am you, i would first apply h1 through desi employer and transfer it ( Given, you have all documents)

I am sure you(& many others) din't understand my intent, let me explain;
As we all know that this year H1B application process has high chances of going through lottery system. Ok na? Ekadivaruku andariki telusu, right. Good!

Now, If the application is not picked it will come back to hit the status, that's my point. For all you know, CAP-GAP will come in to play [b][u]ONLY[/u][/b] if the H1B petition is picked. By the time we know if the application is picked or not picked it will easily be end of April(or more). From there on, the guy that posted this question will only have 1 month or little more than a month.

29 months OPT isthunaka inka cap gap varaku thechukovodhu situation ni. koncham atu itu ayina malli schools etc all head aches. few months opt taxes pothey poyayi anukoni mundey apply chesukodam better.
