Katravelli Posted April 2, 2013 Report Posted April 2, 2013 please help seyyandi morning 6:30 --- 6:45 Luke warm water, spoon honey, lemon juice 1 spoon one glass 20 mins excercize abs mostly and cardio 7:30 break fast cereals honey bunches and oats with 1 spoon sugar and fat free milk one bowl 9:30 Green tea lipton 10:30 hand ful of nuts... peanuts, almonds, cashwes Work out monday , wednesday and friday 35 mins intense both weight and cardio with trainer 1:30 lunch, grilled chicken , tomatoes, onions, on wheat bread 3:30 cucmbers and green peas or chick peas or beans 4:00 Green tea 6:00---> 6:30 protein shake and boiled egg whites(4) Water atleast 2.5 liters to 3 liters.. inka emanna change cheyyalan? add cheyyalana okay na?
