20 mins excercize abs mostly and cardio

4:00 Green tea

Water atleast 2.5 liters to 3 liters..

Do not eat anything after 7 pm
Do not under any circumstances eat rice or curry
if you eat rice on a work out day thats fine.

thanks bhayya cerals kuda thinodda?? but maree poddunna migithavi prepare chesukodaniki assalu time ledu... poni sugar theesesi thinocha cereals

and chicken tho paatu onions tomatoes em thinodda?? ya am adding veggies like broccoli carrot chick peas on non work out days i eat only veggies veggie salad or green salad and fruits .... on work out days probably i eat chapati and curry is that good

What i do for the break fast is
eat oat meal with water, i add honey to the water and heat it in the woven, Also you can buy flavored olat meal in the walmart they will come in packets, you can even carry them to your work place.

try to avoid sugar as much as you can

There will be veggie packets sold in grocery stores like walmart and other places they are 1.99 each, you can buy then carry them to work place and heat them to 8 mins and eat it, they taste good too. you can add some salt if you want to.


Forget about chapati and curry.

My lunch menu

1) 1 grilled chicken piece
2) 1 grilled fish piece
3) One veggie packet.

Around 3 - 3:30 pm i eat one apple or any fruit.

Your plan is good
you will see results slowly

Divide your work out evenly
1) one day upper body and some cardio like running
2) one day lower body and some cardio like running

this exercise schedule is only for loosing weight and body fat

for getting a six pack there will be diff work out plans
