Ask me if you need any details i followed the above diet and saw good results [/quote] thanks bhayya cerals kuda thinodda?? but maree poddunna migithavi prepare chesukodaniki assalu time ledu... poni sugar theesesi thinocha cereals and chicken tho paatu onions tomatoes em thinodda?? ya am adding veggies like broccoli carrot chick peas on non work out days i eat only veggies veggie salad or green salad and fruits .... on work out days probably i eat chapati and curry is that good

Forget about chapati and curry. let me know how it works for you

maximummax Posted April 2, 2013 Report Posted April 2, 2013 My lunch menu 1) 1 grilled chicken piece 2) 1 grilled fish piece 3) One veggie packet. Around 3 - 3:30 pm i eat one apple or any fruit.
maximummax Posted April 2, 2013 Report Posted April 2, 2013 Your plan is good you will see results slowly Divide your work out evenly 1) one day upper body and some cardio like running 2) one day lower body and some cardio like running this exercise schedule is only for loosing weight and body fat for getting a six pack there will be diff work out plans
