Guys, na dhosth ki visa july 2013 varak undhi.....2011(Nov) lo masters aipoangane India ki went(After a month overstay). Ikkada OPT apply cheyale and konni personal reasons valla raaledhu back

Now, he is trying hard to come here....adhe Visa meedha inko univ i20 theeskoni direct entry try cheyocha?

POE daggara prob kakunda ochese chance emaina undha? did any one face/seen such a situation?

Visa lekunna u can stay in country..but without Sevis..u cannot..

Modda untadhi problem..em undadhu bhayya...SEVIS terminate ayina...valid visa and kotha I 20 untey Good...entry dhaggara kotha i 94 istharu..so Kotha SEVIS osthadhi..he can easily come

EX: My Friend SEVIS was terminated when he was in USA..he got in to another college with new I 20 and Went to Mexico and came back(just for getting new I 94) ..He got New SEVIS and he is Good now
