take a pic of your Provisional certificate using your mobile and then use this website to reduce the size to 200 KB.. [url="http://picresize.com/"]http://picresize.com/[/url]

Photo upload chesanu 100*120 (W*H) should be less than 20KB
PC (provisional certificate ) should be 200 to 300 KB
then did payment with debit/credit.
