[b]Based on past years we know that it can take approximately two months for all cases to be notified of quota acceptance.[/b]
[b]·[/b] [b]Petitions selected will be receipted into the USCIS system, a case number assigned, and a receipt notice issued to XXXXXX.[/b]
[b]·[/b] [b]Petitions not selected will be returned to XXXXXX.[/b]
[b]·[/b] [b]Standard processing time varies (2-6 months), once a receipt is issued.[/b]
[b]·[/b] [b]Premium processing ensures a decision or request for information within 15 days, once a receipt is issued. Premium processing does not grant a competitive edge in the H-1B quota selection process.[/b]
[b]·[/b] [b]Premium processing times are delayed if a lottery is required.[/b]
