[color=#0000CD][b]·[/b] [b]Advanced Quota cases will be selected first ------ [/b][/color][color=#FF0000][b]if 22000 petions received for 20000 masters quota between april 1st to april 5th then ???? i mean lottery for masters 1st then general quota lottery....[/b][/color]

[color=#0000CD][b]·[/b] [b]Any advanced quota case not selected will be included in the lottery for the regular quota. ----[/b][/color][color=#FF0000][b]everybody knows this but there wll be algorthim for lottery for priorities like Masters, number of employees under the company ,etc...[/b][/color]
