@ts....hcl letter ivvakapoina light.....nee mid vfendor daggara task order ani untadhi(same like a contract document) ..adhi hcl vadu mee mid vendor ki pampiistahdu.....paperwork lo part ga..ask ur mid vendor...and aa task order lo anni untayi like who in hcl is ur contact person..nuvvu ee location lo ee skillset tho pani chesthunnavo...

ps:ee document lekapoina this will atleast be helpfull.....normal ga aithe desi companies pampisthayi..so iam expecting hcl kuda idvendor ki ichi untadhi....tell ur mid vendor to wipe off nay senstive info like billing rate and send u that doc....
