If H1 Application Not Picked In Lottery, Then Cap Gap Eligible ?

Hi,

If any h1 application not picked in lottery, then will that applicant eligible for cap gap extension or not?? my opt ext expires in jun 2013, shall i have to apply for college now as an alternative or will i be covered in cap gap ??

please advise.

So please look around for better universities..i am also doing the same...you would have to leave the country after two of your OPT expiry date..if you don't have a valid i20....
