either u mail it or drop the documents at canada embassy...u gotta give them a prepaid envelope for passport delivery to ur home address....u will get the passport for sure by mail...

this has been in effect from jan 2013.....and currently the processing time is 1-2 months

You can submit your documents in-person. But they only Mail them to the specified address(you have to submit a USPS return delivary postage)
