Parents Visa Help

hello friends,

I have just filled DS 160 form for my parents and completed cgi form. I am yet to submit cgi form hopefully today or tomorrow I will submit it..My question - if I submit it today will the visa slots be available immediately to book? because my graduation date is on may 1st. I am looking for hyd center only. Are there any available slots in hdy if anyone is booking? please advice thanks
