I thought it will automatically reset the policy group....kani kadu anta...

try this
On user computer, run “gpupdate /force” to refresh group policy and check the result.
If "use automatic configuration script" settings still exist, run “rsop.msc” and check which policies applied to “<//span>Automatic Browser Configuration” on “Auto-Cfg Detect Precedence” tab.
