I485 Birth Certificate

Na deggara birth certificate ledu , which is mandatory for I485 , ma dad ippudu RTO office lo money pay chesi tesukunnaru ,It has the issue date as 2013 instead of 1985,do i have to notarize it ?. I485 apply chesina vallu evarina unte answer me plzz.

now a days Birth certificate is a must..its ok if you got the certificate recently but make sure your name & parents names and DOB are correct..get 2 notarized affidavits from anyone other than your parents/siblings ..must include dependents DOB's too..
I followed above procedure and got my GC with no queries. Have seen my friends getting RFE's with out above said documents in many cases....may take couple of more days but worth doing it..

Each applicant for permanent residence status must possess a birth record issued by the appropriate civil or municipal authority (i.e., not a hospital certificate) containing all of the following information:

[*]Place of Birth
[*]Name of father

If no record exists, a written statement that the record does not exist must be obtained from the civil or municipal authority where the birth should have been recorded.

vaalu raasi cihharu anukoo.. aithe 15 years loopu cheyyinchaali anta.. lekapoothe AP lo aithe iivaru certipicate.. one thing is .. they will give that you were born in this hospital and so on so forth.. so nuvannatu affadavit teeskovali..
