rambola Posted April 9, 2013 Report Posted April 9, 2013 breakfast - baaga thinu like bananas, mangoes, apples and fruits with cereal and milk. with honey. no sugar. kummayi snack - nuts, dry fruits lunch - something with a wheat bread like sub kaani....lentils and bread ala. No rice snack - mostly fruits and juices drink green tea dinner - drink soup, veggies or fruits. this time no bread or rice absolutely. including chapathis
