Recent ga diet follow advam ani decide ayina.

Breakfast?
Lunch?
Diner?
Any snacks?

Koncham clear ga chepandi ayya...

At last gym naku degarlo ledu so koncham kastam aitadi exercise part kuda chepandiem cheyali ? Ela aina Tagali baa epudu start cheyalsinde suggestions please...

breakfast - baaga thinu like bananas, mangoes, apples and fruits with cereal and milk. with honey. no sugar. kummayi

snack - nuts, dry fruits

lunch - something with a wheat bread like sub kaani....lentils and bread ala. No rice

snack - mostly fruits and juices

drink green tea

dinner - drink soup, veggies or fruits. this time no bread or rice absolutely. including chapathis

neeku dessert ki emaina kavali ante eat a chocolate which has less sugar like 70% dark chocolate. may be appudappudu cereal bar is ok like the K-special ones

me personally

Breakfast --Egg whites,boiled veggies n OJ

Lunch --Mostly veg/NV salads, sandwiches.

Snacks --almonds/peanuts (salted)

Dinner -- lil brown rice,Chicken (daily),mashed potato,veggies if possible

Workout --daily 90 mins to 120 mins

drinks :Protein shake (Only with water),Too much water(keeps away from dehydrating),Green Tea

I have a 6 pack ...!!dats it...!!

Bayya ..nadi kuda same type pf diet undi kanni Ratri chapatis ..tintunaa..else grilled chicken tintunanu...

Brown rice tinachantava ...????Danlo kuda chala carbs unai kadha...Tinachu ante enta % tinali....

Mashed potato ok naa ???

belly degara body fat chala varaku tagupoyindi ....kanni abs bayatki teskuni ravali ani trying ....

30 mins thread mill ..min 4 miles daily

Pushupus ---min 300

Pullupus --min 100(not assisted,pull up bar)

cruches --min 150(depends)

biseps,curles,triceps ki common ga weights

chest --80 pounds (10 reps,10 each rep)

swimming(depends)
