baa weight taggali ante carbs reduce chesei weekly once or twice kakkurthi padithe thappu ledu i mean bread/rice/chapathi whatever any kind of grain ni ignore cheyali meats,veggies,fruits nuts avi tinochu stomach full....google for paleo diet or caveman diet baaga work avuddi

Weight loss ki okate mantra " The no. of calories burnt should be more than no. of calories you take"

[b]Things to do:[/b]

Breakfast is must, it enhances metabolism...eat egg whites, oats.

Say GOODBYE to white stuff, eg: white bread, rice etc

Eat more veggies, fruits and soups.

Take more protein, eg: lean meat like chicken, beans, cottage cheese etc

No dinner after 7 pm

5 times excercise per week, 1 hr Brisk walk helps in weight loss.


Ivi follow avvandi, I am sure 1 month lo you will start feeling light and will loose up to 5 kgs.
