Weight loss ki okate mantra " The no. of calories burnt should be more than no. of calories you take"

Things to do:

Breakfast is must, it enhances metabolism...eat egg whites, oats.

Say GOODBYE to white stuff, eg: white bread, rice etc

Eat more veggies, fruits and soups.

Take more protein, eg: lean meat like chicken, beans, cottage cheese etc

No dinner after 7 pm

5 times excercise per week, 1 hr Brisk walk helps in weight loss.


Ivi follow avvandi, I am sure 1 month lo you will start feeling light and will loose up to 5 kgs.

did you try having ..x before and after? CITI_c$y..thats the only way to check you took the healthy path or not?
