Grilled chicken n veggies preffer chai

Brown rice...lil thick n sticky ga anipisthadi starting lo..but far more better than our ususal white rice( Mana rice lo sugar content aekkuva)

mashed potato or a sweet potato ..awesome food

just do ur cardio ,pushups n crunches regularly bro...u can see ur abs in no time...for sure..!!
