You can buy frogen eggie packets in walmart or other stores they are very good. no fat just healthy.
buy chicken from indian stores or walmart. for grilling marinate then with spices and yogurt.
than grill in the conventional oven, i use a tray and aluminium foil to grill chicken and fish
