inka crunches...regular,twists cruch,side cruch n machine if i feel li doing some extra weights..!!

Lunch --Mostly veg/NV salads, sandwiches.

Snacks --almonds/peanuts (salted)

Dinner -- lil brown rice,Chicken (daily),mashed potato,veggies if possible

Workout --daily 90 mins to 120 mins

drinks :Protein shake (Only with water),Too much water(keeps away from dehydrating),Green Tea

first naa legs degara .....25 lb dumbell petukunta ..so start chesta...oka 15 reps avagane noppi start avtadi chedamq ani anukutaa....tokkalodi legs ninchi slip ayipotundi dumbell..roju edhe katta....siraku dobutundi ...

First dumbbell ni control cheyadam meedha concentrate chey initial ga.. Aa tharvatha alavatu avvudhhi.. Sannaga unna shoes aithe Inka better ga grip cheyochu.!

Weight tho ma chesesi.. Remaining without weight chesesey.. But every set 25 or 30 chey.. No excuses
