I mean oka 15 chesaaka dumbbell jaaripothe remaining 15 or 10 with out weight ye finish chey antunna aa set

Avuna bayya.....Ratri brown rice tinacha..elago .... madhyanam grilled chicken techukuntuna office ki ratri....brown rice lo grilled chicken tinacha ..after workout with protien shake??

naku epati nicho oka doubt ...naku gym ninchi intiki vachesarike 9 avtundi ratri so ..anta late ga tiacha ..???

Diet simple ga ante: avoid alchohol,rice, frozen chapathi, sugars..indian spices food

workout simple ga ante: 20-30 mins spend chey chalu dialy.. (few ppl say alternative days):
upper ab crunches.. lowe ab .. and over all .. (each 3 sets .. each set 10-20 depends)

bench tho crunches aithe easy ga 50+ cheyochu first day ne..

kondharu coorect kadhu antaru..
but nenu kuda 9/10 dhaaka gym lone unta.. so after protein shake, 15 mins gap ichhesi.. thinta..
brown rice ye kadha.. thinesey ..but limited. etlaagu summer ye ga ipudu.. thinnaaaka india call maatladutha oka 20 mins bayata round veyy chaalu..
