target kadu bhayya..nenu oka nalloditho chesthunanu..vadu kuda 300 pullups kotaledu adi etta ani aduguthunna anthey..100 is what we do regularly..so ala emmna chesthunada ani doubting anthey..but evari routines vallavi..

Ankul edo 30 kottaboyi 300 annad emo aina naak telisi excercise chese appudu u shud concentrate on how well u do not on the count of course count matters anukoo where u do biceps kinda things

like 50lbs nundi start chesi.. enni osthe anni.. then 45.. then 40.. atla min weight dhaaka..
then next set 55 nundi ..min dhaaka...

I do follow both ways..

inka abs count endhukante.. oka target lekkka pettukuntam anthe.. pain ochina. bore kottina..set ki intha min finish cheyalani nenu atla pettukunta..

failure sets ayina...you can imagine... the count wont reach 300
abs antava..adi aey workout patti vuntundo appudu target peetukovochhu..if you are doing the failure sets on machine i bet targets etc pani cheyavu...only if you are on floor..or bench or doing on the cable..or Abb-x machine..
