[/quote] nenu report cheyaledhu actuall ga i dont how that report shows up in that print button .this is an existing app bcoz of some prod issue they have given me.. tomorrow i wil check all these what ever u have suggested...prod lo antha data yem undadu i mean the database which is in dev is latest copy of prod so i dont think the size differs much..but i will cheeck it.. report ante it looks just like the data entry screeen (app screen) first name last name suffix .... print delete XXX XXXXXX XXXX this how the screeen has fileds if i hit on print then the report shows up then a print icon prints it out
