Suggestion to Freshers: (Think seriously, take it or leave it after that but dont get offended)
- Yeh Technology pick chesukuna give your 100% to it during training
- Do lots of research on it before you get in to market
- Take mock interview calls within your friend circle, until you are confident to hit the market by yourself.
- Lastly, Never (NEVER EVER) take help of others for interview.., I mean pr0xy activity. Interview ki mundhu share the requirement with the same person and spend some time on it about what possible question you might be asked during the interview. You may screw up one interview or two interviews but you will break the 3rd one. On the other hand the mistakes that you might have done in 1st few interview should not be repeated. The amount of confidence you will carry to the client location will be completely different if you took the interview VS someone else did it for you.

Out of 100 fired cases 90+ of the times its happening because the person that cleared the interview VS the person that showed up at the client place are different. This could ONLY degrade the confidence level of the consultant and on the whole it does degrade the value of Desi consultants to a large extent. Thats the reason most of the clients now are asking for Face to Face interviews.

Dont loose your self respect guys, we just need to spend some extra time for the 1st break. Its as simple as that.
