aamerica_seenu Posted April 10, 2013 Report Posted April 10, 2013 Nuvvu power of attorny ki kavalsina docs neeku india nundi pamputharu..e ither banker or lawyer or whoever... daanni edanna notorised authority mundu sign cheyali nuvvu.. u can go to bank of america... akkada free ga chestharu... finally u need to get that attested at any of the indian ambassy centres... vallu attest chesi istharu daanni.. u need to send that original copy back to ur people in india
Bestguy Posted April 10, 2013 Report Posted April 10, 2013 If your buying with out loan..You dont need to send power of attorney.There will be some form you have to sign and paste your photo on it.. I did the same for me..
techguru Posted April 10, 2013 Report Posted April 10, 2013 rules has changed now.. send power of attorney , ask them to send one with property name and the person who will be there .. you need to get notarized , then send it back along with photos .
