Ds 160 Form Question " Photo Will Be Taken At Asc"

ds 160 form fill chese tappudu when we fill the whole application and in the end when i m reviewing the application

i cannot see the picture that i uploaded and in the pic area it shows this way

" PHOTO WILL BE TAKEN AT ASC "
i didn't understand what does this mean

what is ASC , is it embassy consulate office , do they take pics for B1/B2 over there ,

IF they want to take the pic at ASC , does that mean that there will be a problem with issuance of visa
