[b]Jagan charges CBI of violating SC order[/b] [img]http://www.andhraheadlines.com/g10/news/la/113551.JPG[/img]Hyderabad, April 10: Y S Jaganmohan Reddy has filed a memo in the CBI special court on the fifth charge-sheet of the agency on Wednesday.

He has argued that the CBI had violated the directions of the Supreme Court to complete the investigation and file one final charge-sheet. He said violating the directions of the Apex Court the agency filed the fifth charge-sheet only on one aspect against. He said the agency told the court that it would investigate seven aspects of the case and file the final charge sheet. He contended that this fifth charge-sheet should be treated as final though CBI had filed it only on one aspect.

Accused number 2, Vijaya Sai Reddy also filed a similar memo.
