MS..tarvata = more than 8 rejects... anni final F2F interviews ayiponavi ......inka phone vi antey more than 15 rejects 1st job change appudu = more than 6-8 rejects ( all phone + F2F)...till then i know which 1 to apply which one to take lite... 2nd job change appudu = 4-5 rejects.... ( all phone & F2F) .....was confident that this is kinda job i am looking... atlaaaast now in 1 job.....this is my 3rd job....
