Need Suggestions To Decide Which Technology To Be Selected For It Job

Hello all,
I graduated with my masters in Mechanical Engineering (dec 2012). I decided to do my job in IT field. I have 2 technologies on my mind .
web sphere and vmware cloud computing. Which technology is best and have good future.
I am very much scared of programming. Among those 2 technologies which one does nt have coding at all.
