Nenu konni rojula kritham gym ki pothunna ani post vesa....

u replied about my diet

nenu manchigane thintunna i mean .... typically this is my schedule for the last one month

morning oat meal with milk

snack hand ful of nuts

lunch chicken ceaser salad

snack cucumbers

dinner white eggs and protein shake

work out 3 days a week 35 mins with trainer monday , wednesday and friday from 12 noon to 12 :45

oka one month lo one pound kuda thaggale inka visugu vastundi....

eve or morning polenu konni anivarya kaaranala valla

nenu entha laavu unnano anthe unna aa trainer gaadiki ee month ki 500 dobbincha

em thappu sesthunna

vaademo u did not become fat in a day or over night

it takes time em kaadu i am toning ur body first ani antadu naaku em seyyalo artham ayi sasthaledu....
