Em matladutunnav vay.. nenu 5'8 untanu. naa height ki nenu 150-155 undali anta. mari aa kurrodu mari too much weight em ledu ga

ante vaade chepisthadu... oka roju upper body.... push ups... bench press... curls .... shoulder.... and chest and crunches chepisthadu...


oka roju lower body... and abs .... inko roju rendu combination chepisthadu.... atla... bt 35 mins chukkalu chupisthadu... honest ga oka roju naaku kallu thirigay kuda... akkade padipothe vaadu edo chocolate ichadu nee sugar levels padipoyay em kaadu annadu ala chaala chepisthadu

first start with cardio like threadmill,cycling...try to get ur heartbeat upto 140...above 140 untaenae...ur fats inside starts burning...!!

try to get rid of the extra fat first then u can work on remaining things ...!!
