u r not eligible for cap-gap. ne OPT after Aprill end aithe and you applied for H1 on April 1st... you are eligible for cap gap until sept 30th. oct1 nunchi elago h1 loki veltharu kabatti... if h1 reject/deny aithe cap-gap will be cancelled.

Jokes apart...no tension bro...nuvvu April 2014 ki file chesukunte better saripotundi...Cap Gap ante for example lets say ur OPT is expiring in May 2014 and you apply for H1 in April 2014 then June - Oct 1st 2014 (day ur H1 starts) varaku neku iche OPT ni CAP GAP antaru
