not necessary for the written test. take you H1 documents, ssn, current valid licence from any state and a address proof of valid VA address since the licence will be mailed to you thru usps. better take a bank statement(checking or savings account or USPS change of address confirmation) and fee of min $20.

Written test em avasarm ledu bassu.. I m in Richmond VA. Na MI license emadyane VA ki transfer chesa.. N Visa, i94, i20/H1 letter unte chaalu. Kani ne status unnantha varake isthadu e durmargudu.. Naku Mi license 2015 varaku unde.. VA vadu deenni opt expentn varake ante 2013 varake ichadu...Good luck!
