Motorcycle Licence Procedure In Georgia

Hi guys, I live in georgia and planning to buy a motorcycle. Can I buy a motorcycle without license. If I don't have a license I can't test ride the bike. If I need to have a license I need to have a bike. What should I do? Suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Atlanta lo Honda vadidi MSF ani vundi..vallu traning istharu...it's a 3 day training and test. Friday eve oka 1-2 hrs inside classroom lo...saturday and sunday training closed track meeda and test....chala easy aa test...vade bike isthadu..aa last lo oka card isthadu adi tesukupoyi DMV lo chupisthe ne car licence ki add chesthadu M class. Nenu chesinappudu 250

And also MSF program chesinanduku insurance discount kuda vasthadi. ATB
