u r H1B will be active after Oct 01st..until u will be on OPT status. so u can't go for H1B transfer.

here one way is there...even i saw this case... H1B approve ayye varaku they will be with one employer...once H1B active loki ochhina tarvatha he will come to another employer who sponsored H1B ( inhouse petti chestharu vallu H1B prcoess ).... but mutual understand btwn two employers is must and should..this is called Marginal PO

even Oct 01 tarvatha employer change aythe RFEs pade chance chala ekkuva... some times deny avuthai..so its better to stay with sponsored company min 1 year to avoid all those....
