Need Help Regarding Cpt, Opt

brothers I need help,

I went out of status as an F-1 student in January of 2013 so had to go out and come back,
school gave me a new sevis and I went to canada and came back as an F-1 student,

now the problem is recent ga oka summer internship vachindi,
company can start in June andi..
but school CPT ivvalanna, OPT ivvalanna one full academic year enroll ayyi vundali ani cant do the internship antundi,
since it is a new SEVIS I would be considered as a new student and hence cant take the CPT or OPT,

so how can I get through this,

please help.
