120k+ 10% bonus =12k.. so 132k is your gross which translates to 66 per hour in your hand.. also in FT you get health insurance so another 600-700 dollars savings.. so for you to get similar offer in contracting you need to get at least 90 per hour.. on the top California is very expensive.. FL no state tax and much cheaper.. so in which ever angle you see, FT offer is the best.

On the flip side 10 years sap.. for the right contracting positions you can get rates up to 120-130.. In full time job salary growth is limited..

ade FT ki velthe...nee role change avthu vuntudi nee performance batti....career wise growth baaguntudi FT lo...and money kinda choosukununna 120k FT in florida is far better than160k as a contractor in california...
