1. stop drinking beer and alcohol, eating eggs and chicken.
2. daily take oranges, carrots, apple, palakura, beans.
3. stop eating rice. take only chappathees.
4. eat things made with grains and chappatthhees.for dinner.
5. eat as much liquid food like sambar, rasam. etc.

feed on watermelon when ever hungry and take 3 boiled eggs... 1 glass milk a day
