Make festival


Day 1: only fruits...no bananas...no restriction on quantity...Only watermelon thinte min. 2.5 lbs thaggachu...

 

Day 2: only veggie...no potatoes..no restriction on quantity..u can have salads (no dressing though)

 

Day 3: fruits and veggies...still no banana and potatoes..no restriction on quantity....mor fruit salad, lunch lo
salad and dinner lo fruits...I personally recommend watermelon...

 

Day 4: bananas and skim milk day...toughest day for me...naku milk smell istam ledu, bananas kuda antha ga nachavu...

u can have upto 8 bananas and 4 cups of skim milk...no sweeter antadu kani nenu sugar vesukunta...

 

Day 5: chicken and tomatoes day...u have to eat at least 6 tomatoes...u can have 20 oz of chicken...prefer grilled chicken

or kabobs...

 

Day 6: chicken and veggies...similar to day 5...instead of tomatoes we need to take veggies...

 

Day 7: brown rice and fruits day...mor fruit salad, lunch ki brown rice with cooked veggies...dinner brown rice with
fruits..dinner ki brown rice heavy anukunte have only fruits....



NOTE: every day take min. of 5 glasses of water and min. 30 mins workout...you will loss 7-10 lbs...that's it...

Shame to shame naku kuda tomatoes istam ledu..that too raw tomatoes ante big no....nenu sub lo kuda tomatoes vesukonu...but kuch pane ke liye kuch kon padtha hai...

Only fresh ante, juice tagutanu antavu! 1 tomato = 3 oranges. so do this way. mix orange pieces and tomato pieces instead of pure tomatoes!

Diet chesi enni pounds taggavo cheppu next week.
