if someone opens a similar company like llc or inc they should prove a networth of money in hand already and their immediate relations shd not have companies similar to this.
if this is the case ...thn they hav to prove with valid basis for the establishing such a company inspite already having one

They should come up with something like this man.... maa vaadu last year 3 kotha companies start chesindu.... whats the use of these kind of much hyped reforms??

2)if you are transferring to a company which has already 50 h1b employees then the filing fee will be $10k
3)if you are transferring to a company which has already 30 h1b employees then the filing fee will be $5k
