USCIS has started processing the cases filed under premium processing from April 15[sup]th[/sup] and there were some cases for which we had received the receipt notice earlier, but the checks were cashed yesterday.Since some of the cases not selected are also from regular processing, I believe we should wait till we receive the packages back to be sure that these cases have not been selected. As per the attorneys, the cases should starting getting mailed back from next week. In the meanwhile, we can look into each of the cases which were not selected as of today and when their status is expiring and keep an alternative ready so that when we inform them about the missed CAP, we can also give them the options.
