mango pickle ki gravy lo it's mixture of jeelakara,avalu,mentulu I guess

When it's jus powder of avalu in pickle it's called avakaya u feel the taste of jus mustard power in it man that's avakaya n moreover oil will be raw in avakaya where as in other pickles the oil will be heated
