Hello,

Green card process start ayyaka minimum innallu undali aa employer tho ani rule emaina vunda? GC is for future employment ani telusu, but monna evaro ... still you have to stay with the employer for minimum number of years ani annaru. Ante maa vadu paisalu emi pettukodu, anthaa nene.... Any idea?

Inni years undali ani yem ledu...u can leave when ever u want....but

- medi perm already ayipoyi unte u will have your priority date right... e case lo I - 140 same employer to approve ite manchidi...else malli kotha employer to from scratch nunchi start cheyali

- Once I - 140 approve ayite u can carry your priority date regardless of ur employer change

After I-140 approval you can leave ur employer ... Vadu revoke cheyyakunda choosukovadam ur responsibility

Ala intha time ani em ledhu. Once you get your PERM started and have an i140 you can leave whenever you want. The reason im saying after i140 cuz priority date retain cheskochu.

I140 normal proc naaku 1month lo ochindhi. Premium aithe 10 days max. nenu kuda emp maaruthuna ipudu.

GP. Thanks. So I-140 naa target. Naadi core job, still projects meedane nadustundi naa job. Ee project oka 1 to 1.5 years lo ayipovachu, so tarvtha projects ki kuda mellaga plan cheskunte better emo ayithe.

yaa correct ee...premium chesthe i-140 decision vachesthundi...

kaani recent times lo chala friends ki labor lo audits paduthunai...12-14 months varaku no response...but after that 1-3 months lo i140 approve ayipothundi...

Chetilo project unte vadalatam yenduku...u can manage till u hav ur approval for I -140 and then can think of a change
