cardio n everyday 30 min abs exercise. first 2 weeks kashtanga untadi, but neeku 3 weeks taruvatha results kanapadi full confidence tho chesthavu.

If u want to eat non veg go for chicken. Dont eat chicken curry, try to eat grilled chicken daily if u r going to gym.
