Ideal Protein ane clinic undi ta...weekly 70 $ pay cheyali but they give u food charts and also powders like soups etc etc and check ur body mass...Fat and weight every week and help u to loose weight anta....ma office lo oka tellodu 30 pounds taggadu ta 5 weeks lo...no medication or anything and no exercise kuda ta....try this clinic...i want to loose oka 20 pounds to look awesome ;) so nenu try cheddam anukuntunna no medicines kabatti....e tellodu wife doctor anta tanu kuda good shape loki ravadaniki 2 weeks vadindi ta...ma office lo chala mandi poyaru e clinic ki and advised me when i said i want to loose 20 pounds...hope this helps

Non veg is main diet for people who want to loose weight..nenu pure veggie avi tinaleka tindi saripoka nersam vachedi naku when i used to workout with trainer...chapathi edo manchidi anedi just feeling...andulo undedi carbo hydrates aey...nenu na friend vellavallam 3 times trainer to workout per week..vadu north indian...vadiki rice tinu aand naku chapathi tinu ani cheppadu just because roju alavatu unna food ekkuva tintam ani...anthe kani adi good em kadu..bread kuda he used to ask us not to eat vadu happy ga omlet and non veg to full ga undevadu.. nenu evi tinakunda undaleka nersam to chachevadini...as juices kuda not good as they have preservatives...only fruits and veggies unlimited tnachu but avi gaddi tinadam kashtam...1 cup of cooked rice is max carbo hydrates we can eat with 1/4th cup of dal which has high protein and also calories..followig this diet we used to work out with trainer ...ila cheste 3-4 months lo 20 pounds tagachu
