H1B Is Not Selected For My Friend....any Universities Please

Bhayya.. my friend's h1b is not selected..any suggestions please...!!!

Any Good Universities in and around bay area....papam poor guy...luck never favors him...

his degree (MIS), not eligible for STEM extension....

Since he already faced so many problems, he does not want to risk any more...

1. could you please suggest any accrediated universities... CPT is good to have..but not must to have..

No ITU, i knew people whose OPT got rejected...

and No similar universities like Sullivan..Stratford...

Any universities with good certificate programs on bigdata..would really help him...

if there are any other resources to know information...please please please suggest..
