Parents Us B1/b2 Visa

I am not sponsoring their trip i mean they are using their own money to come here
so what documents should they carry with them
Property documents
Income certificate
bank statement

We don't have tax documents because there is no tax on agriculture income .
any one please help in this regards what other documents that they require to carry with them .



I have few questions reg parents B1/B2

1) SHOULD WE TAKE ANY DOCUMENTS FOR FINGER PRINT OTHER PROOF OF IDENTITY

2) INVITATION LETTER TO CONSULATE AND PARENTS , SHOULD I DO IT PLAIN PAPER OR MY WORK PLACE LETTER HEAD , I AM NOT SURE MY PROGRAM WILL NOT GIVE ME LETTER HEADS
HOW SHOULD I DEAL WITH IT
3) ANY MORE SUGGESTIONS MY PARENTS HAVE VISA IN 2 WEEKS , SHOULD WE GO FOR ANY VISA CONSULTANCY NOW ???????/
