May be Employer midha depend ayivuntundi and documentation done by lawyer Moreover ma consul lo 3-4 mems ilaney ayindi even with client, So probably some thing to do with documentation
BillMarkSteve Posted April 23, 2013 Report Posted April 23, 2013 Naku 1 year approval ee... no client letter...while filing for new h1b petition....packet sent on april 1st , 2013 to USCIS...maa manger gave me client letter on April, 10 th...with out mention dates...RFE padithe client letter tho 3years vasthadi anukunaa...but no RFE's just 1yr approval...Masters+vermont+Premium...duration antha employer / attroney documentation meeda depends anukunta... maa employer deggara last yr...kuda kontha mandiki 1yr vachindi...antha luck...time annadu employer...hope extension process will be good..and get min 2 yrs extension...lekapothe filing fees bokka...
