In supporï of me following evidence was submitïed establish an employer-employee relaïionship:
1) client letter
2) vendor letter and work order between Vendor and employer
3) Itineraray of services or engagments
4) Copy of formal or official positions descriptions

However, this evidence is insufficient to establish a valid employer-employee relationship will exist for the duration of
