[/quote] hey my case is little diff asking for client letter - so i put all possible client related docs. but your case is clear ..u put client letter but its not stated in the client letter that your employer has right of control on you. see if your company name is not mentioned in the letter usics might thing that u are employed to client ...and using that letter you are trying to get H1B from oct with your company............so [b]Get an edited client letter which states that you are on contract basis with client via prime vendor YYYY which has inturn contract with XXXX which is your company and your actual employment is with your XXX company and neither client or YYYY has a right of control on you and they dont provide any benefits wages etc; only your employer true right of control on you.[/b] get this document and submit ..i am damm sure you will get the H1B i hope this helps.

[/quote] Dude my client thinks I am a FT to my vendor..and its not easy to get a letter from my client last time it took them 2 months to give me that letter..Can I take a letter from my Vendor and submit it? And more over my client letter and Vendor letter (submitted) already states that they donot hold any rights to hire fire me I am just contracting to them. Vendor letter has My employer name and clients name..Client letter sates that I am contracting to them through Vendor and it states all my controlling rights are with my employer. My Employer is planning on submitting SW license copys, Laptop agreement, Offer letter, Paystubs and benefits , call logs, activity reports and Insurance copys which he is providing to me..Are they enough?
